As a fan of the game I'm pretty excited about this, and Pioneer usually do a solid job of dubbing.

But it probably wont be out in the USA for ages.....

I never got to play the game because I don't have a PS2. But it looked cool, and I heard it has some staff connection to Trigun.

Nightow wrote/drew the Trigun manga and helped design Gungrave, both the characters and the game itself. I love his style...so over the top, but very cool.
