I stumbled on the FX show because Elijah Wood pushed it.

Then I found out it had 2 seasons (with the same dog actor), in Australia. There are a couple torrents floating around.

I fucking love it!

Has anyone else checked out this show?

I can't really remark on the US show because I've only seen 2 episodes, but the Arc / Angle is different, but the production value/camera are ALOT better.

The Actor who plays Wilfred though is the Star, so they're both good. He's fucking great.

Only seen the first episode for the US but it feels like a lot of the jokes they had were just for people who had seen the Australian version (such as the nachos).

Also not liking that there seems to be no reason for Wilfred to be setting up Elijah Wood. But I like Elijah Wood and the original show so I'll definitely stick with it.

I think it has to do with either Wilfred having trust issues as shown in the second episode or that he just wants Elijah to man up

Either way I'm sold and since IFC has the australian version up on their site for free I plan on checking that out, I almost forgive FX for canceling Terriers

Just realized I wrote us/uk on the title but I meant us/au. Can't edit my threads though etc etc.

I like the show so far, hoping for more dark humor like the first episode have.

And I have yet to forgive FX for canceling Terriers.

FX has been hyping this show up for what feels like a year.

I can't help but think that it shall fail.

I dunno.... I'm watching the AU one and it's one of the best things I've ever seen.

So far I havent seen that kind of attraction in the new one. But I think it has potential.

The Australian one is SOLID like a goddamn Metal Gear.
