WHat is the difference between a VIC-S system and all the other NEO GEO systems? Can it play US and Japanese games? What about a phantom 1 converter? Will that work as well?

A Vic-S is a Korean-made Neo-Geo made by a company called Vic-A, I think. It will play any US/J game, a Phantom-1 converter, and will work with US voltage/TV signals without any problem whatsoever. I'm speaking purely from exp. here.
