VGA adapter

Hi there

Like a lot of people, I'm always looking to get the maximum video quality for the games I play. I have a Neo Geo CD system and also a JAMMA supergun, both of which have the 8 pin din a/v out port. Currently I run this to a SCART tv, but I'd like to know how can I get this to run on a PC monitor. I know the dreamcast has a VGA box, but would it be possible to create one for these systems ?

you need an upscan converter, any that have an acceptable quality cost 200$+, tho. low quality ones are blurry, but also don't forget that a pc monitor has a much higher resolution, so neogeo and lowres arcade games will look more pixelated than on a tv.
