USB to NeoGeo/DB15 decoders?

I'd like an easy way to plug with some of my modern USB controllers with a NeoGeo or SuperGun. I've found these but they seem to be out of stock everywhere: http://udgametech.blogspot.hk/p/products.html

Does anybody know any other ways? One feature I'd like is the ability to remap/rewire buttons to fit the controller to the Neo layout. But I'd be fine even with a simple device with HID parsing that can recognize 6 buttons...

The only think like the undamned encoder I have seen is the Kajitsu (Raspberry Pi base) http://forums.shoryuken.com/discussion/193494/introducing-project-kajitsu-usb-jamma-controller-based-on-raspberry-pi-oh-and-its-free as far as i know it hasn't been updated in awhile.
