Transaction advice please

So 4 weeks ago I bought a capom io off a european member on here for £120/$200. The shipping should have taken less than a week but 4 weeks on and still no io

After 10 days i pm the seller who says he didnt put a tracking number on it so it could be anywhere!!! Hes being pretty unhelpful saying all I can do is wait. Well ive waited a month now and still nothing. SO because he didnt track the item im now $200 out of pocket.

I believe the member sent the item as his ebay and NG.com feedback is 100percent but im not willing to take a $200 hit just because he was too tight to pay for tracking

Any advice? I pmd him again yesterday and still no reply.

My first (working) AES system i bought from a guy here, he lives on Austria and it took nearly 45 days for it to arrive on the US. If you trust him, although the answer he gave to you, just wait or you can ask for the delivery papers for the package he sent even if you cant track it online, you will have something to easy your mind until it arrives on your door.

And if it didnt arrive, you can always go wild on paypal refund .....
