Thick Cartridge

Hi I bought Snk vs Capcom on neogeo AES... and it seems my cartridge is thicker thant usual... I feel it when I push it in my neogeo slot... I just want to know if its normal...

All newer "playmore" carts are slightly wider at the bottom. It does not effect the functionality of the carts at all. It's not like it doesn't fit in the cartridge slot...

I'm sure you would have gotten this response sooner if you would have posted your problem in tech support.

Ive been informed that its a fabrication problem only on SVC...
Not all playmore games since I have kof 2k2 and thats fine...

Either way, it's still not like the game doesn't fit in the cartridge slot.

Well, mine has the fat-bottom on the cartridge and it fits in all 3 of my Neo-Geos. (Please don't ask why I have 3, lol)

Huh? I never really noticed any increased thickness in the carts. I'll pay more attention next time I guess.

Odd. I my english SVC cart doesn't seem thick or warped in any way, however on the other hand my SS5 cart is a bulging bastard.

This is due to poor quality control my SVC chaos jap would not even fit in the slot,
I had to take the cart apart and saw 5mm off of the plastic dowels that lineup/hold the 2 sides of the cart shell together...
