Since we been having votes lately, tell me what you think is the worst feeling in the world (exclude things like: feeling of a heart attack or seizure or headache etc.)

Is it:

-Jealousy
-Deep hatred
-Depression
-Gotta take a big dump at an inconvient time
-Making the WRONG move at your "crush"
-Losing your best friend in a stupid agrument
-OTHER

For me, there's no worst feeling then that of feeling betrayed. That's all bad. It's one of those feelings that the moment you realized you were betrayed it stings like no words can describe.

Feeling like you've personally failed yourself is my runner up.

losing a friend.
being in a military family means moving alot
i ve been lucky enough to keep in touch
with one or two buds from the past.
i think being betrayed would be
a big one two but quite honestly
i cant think of any real big incident happening
to me like that...

you could probably find out from watching Requiem for a Dream. I feel bad just for watching it.

-Seeing someone you care deeply about in pain, and not being able to help. -Putting a beloved and trusting pet to sleep.
-Watching a loved family member die slowly of cancer.

The worst feeling IMO is deep hatred and jealousy. Those 2 are just plain bad.It could destroy lives and could make others people's lives miserable as well.

I would say the worst feeling in the world is
people who were nice to your face will backstab you, like you say betrayal is very painfull,it leaves you paranoid like once bitten you cant trust people no more, this turns you into an asshole yourself later on,depending on how frequent it happens.

Laserblast what you mention is a been there done that for me and what you mention comes down to the feeling of helplessness, its a very sad fact of life,i find i can get over it better knowing i couldnt have done anything,in the case of betrayal you feel like you done something wrong and constantly feel like it could have been avoided.

I was actually thinking of having respect tattooed over my stomach in old english lettering, cos that word means alot to me, i wouldnt mind waking up every morning and being reminded of that word.

You mention jealosy, and jealosy often causes betrayal, supposing you have something your best friend dont have they could get jealous
and get rather nasty towards you, jealousy is a mental condition if you get it bad all the time go seek proffesional medical help!

Mark, you have a point. Hope whatever you had to experience is better now. I do think betrayal is bad but it just doesn't bother me as much as the other things, because I consider the source. Someone who backstabs and betrays really isn't worth getting upset about anyway. It's THEIR problem for being a $#@*&#! not yours.

Not telling the girl you love how much she means. I lost a great girl at one time because of this. She loved me and I, stupidly, didn't tell her I felt the same. I chickened out and said "I really like you a lot." Whatta dumbasss!

Actually, I've had a seizure once. Not too shabby.

That's golden. I just told my crush how much she means to me... here's for hoping.

Depression and hate, which are the byproducts of many of the things mentioned here.

Depression gnaws at your soul, makes you sick to your stomach and you feel helpless over an extended period. People have even died as a result of letting their bodies get run down by depression. If there's another feeling that kills through inactivity, I don't know about it.

Anger makes you say and do stupid things that you regret later. Even if you feel your anger is justified, there invariably comes a time when you calm down and regret that it couldn't have turned out better.

Watching that movie is a lot like being kicked in the gut.

Needing to vomit is also pretty bad.

Having to take a dump at a bad time is also bad, but that hasn't happened in a while.

Having a sprained ankle and not being able to walk sucks.

ForeverSublime, you had a seizure?! Probably from watching too much Pokemon...

But, just to lighten the mood a little bit, because it happened to me a little while ago, a great feeling is getting kissed by a girl while talking and completely losing your train of thought. Simply beautiful

-Gotta take a big dump at an inconvient time

That's the one that usually disables me.

Regret. Definetly. It covers so much ground though, and might be an unfair answer. So I'll say...

Losing someone you care about. Whether it's a family member, a pet, a lover, or a friend. Nothing hurst more than feeling alone and empty.

I think it's losing a best friend over an stupid argument. That happened to me and it's the worst feeling ever. When I wanted to say sorry to her, she moved away. So that still kinda hurts.

Good point, Ducky. But pretty much everything that everyone posted above turns into regret, with time.

Don't regret.

Oh yeah! All that pokemon I watch... Squirtlezard! Psymander!

Seriously though... I had a seizure. I use to pass out a lot or have heavy dizzy spells in middle school/high school. One time when I was at home I felt myself getting dizzy... when I woke up I was sitting on my stairs, and my head was shakin' like I was at a Lemonheads concert! Even after I regained consiousness I was still head banging a little, and then I thought... what the hell is my head doing!? So I stopped... it was weird.

Apathy/Sloth

Knowing you are capable of doing/producing so much more, but being crippled by your own lack of activity. Encountering failure time and time again, with no encouragement or success to propel you forward. This only compounds the problem and leads to depression.
