I’ll give an honest answer.

Super Sidekicks 2 is the only one I’ve played for any length of time as it used to be very cheap when I got the Neo first time round. I liked it alot especially 2 player with my brother.

No doubt Ultimate 11 is better but I don’t have any nostalgia for that game.

I kinda wished Plaion would have rereleased Neo Cup ‘98 with it being a World Cup year. Oh well.

Super Sidekicks 3, it's the best balance between "realism" and over the topness. Ultimate 11 goes too far with the constant cut scenes and "extremeness" and the earlier Sidekick games were too boring. 3 is just right.
