... it's great for games... you MUST get gunfighters... or I will hunt you down, and so help me, I'll slap you.Baseley09 said:Dunno about video output for USA machine, but yeah basically A500 machines play all the good games, it probably has a 1mb in it, most seemed too.
VanillaThunder said:Will this hook into a VGA monitor without an adapter or does it support another video output?
broken said:You can forget a VGA monitor unless you use a scan doubler.
The Amiga is, generally speaking, a 15Khz RGB machine.
They did make a RGB to composite adaptor to use on a TV, it was called the A520.

You might able to find one on eBay if the machine doesn't have one with it.
VanillaThunder said:Is there a good a500 FAQ out there so I can learn what I can and can't run, do on this machine?
I'm fucking stoked.

VanillaThunder said:Ok, weird question...
What the fuck is AGA, OCS... etc?
I'm getting an a500, which one is that?
if someone would tell me how to copy it from my amiga, I'd copy one for you... I have some amiga formatted disks (blanks), but I think I tossed the original workbench disks a few years ago before I knew shit about anything.VanillaThunder said:Ok, I'm picking the thing up tonight.... All it is:
Power Supply
Unit
Mouse.
How the fuck do I get a copy of workbench?
