New copies going for up to $90 and used copies in the $50's?

I didn't realize this game was out of print and only when I started looking for a copy saw these prices. I use to own the game when it came out and I guess I should of held on to it.

Nintendo continues to sell millions of DS units each year, you would think that they would keep their best games in circulation for the new owners.
