I'm kinda n00bish when it comes to monitors, if I want to vert a monitor, are there any risks involving voltage? What's the safest way to rotate a monitor? The cab I'm looking at is the jaleco pony mark 2.

Very helpful, thanks. So basically, there's no danger of electric shock, assuming the cord is unplugged and the monitor has been off for a while. Got it.

Well don't assume that, since arcade monitors are a lot different than normal
TV's. There's a part in the back you're not supposed to touch. I don't have
a pic of it, but let me check my links and if I find it I will post it. Also make sure
nothing disconnects while turning your monitor to vertical. The first time I did
it with this candy cab I had, something got disconnected, and it took me
a while to find that out, and it didn't work properly.

don't touch the anode cap (suction cup w/ a wire). monitors can hold a charge even with it unplugged. sometimes if you discharge the monitor it can still build up a charge.
