Hello all,

This is my first post although I come here often to get help with issues. I have a 4-slot MVS and need a new power supply. I was wondering if I could buy something from Happs that would work or do I need to find 1 out of a working MVS machine?

Thanks,

Dennis

powersupplys are pretty much universal...

nearly any psu from happs will work as long as it has +5v amd 12v output.... -5v would be nice too.

There should be only one way the connectors connect seeing as the three groups of wires coming out of the power supply are different sizes... What power supply are you using/>?

I bought my 2-25 cab without a power supply. Iwas tempted to buy the drop-in replacement, but I couldn't justify the price since I already had a spare Peter Chou PS. Yesterday I re-wired the cab to use it. Took less time than I expected.

Xavier--can you post pics of the wiring? It could be wired something similar to what I just did. If so, a Peter Chou power supply would be cheaper than the replacement for the original PS. Do the power leads from the harness end in a 9-pin square molex-type plug or do they end in spade terminals? If those molex connectors were cut off it might be tough to track down replacements.

hey thanks Crowquill most all the connectors seem to still be there, it should be an easy swap.

I love how happ doesnt figure out shipping until after you pay, I also love $18 for ups ground shipping. I oughta call my bank and get a charge back saying I only authorized a $60 purchase.
