when I turn on the pcb in my arcade cab it makes a pop noise and every once in awhile while im fighting it makes a little pop noise out of my speaker

What you mean with 'pop noise'? Like a small 'crackel' (sound like a saturated high tone?)
If so, I tested like three AES and ALL OF THEM had that 'problem'. I ended to think it was 'normal'. It randomly occurred aspecially with the 'hitted' or 'blocked' sound FX.

yes thats exactly when it happens . It does it when I turn it on too. whats up with that?
