Super Neo 29 Type II LCD Marquee

Hi All,

I just brought a Super Neo 29 Type II and was wanting to know how to get the LCD marquee to work?
Do i need the SNK board with the LCD unit, which is usually found in the inside of the cab to get it to work, as all i have is the LCD housing which is found in the marquee?
I have sent a picture of what im missing.

That thing in the picture is an I/O board for the LCD marquee.

I'd try Yahoo Japan Auctions but seeing as they're integral to the Super Neo 29 Type II cab it might be a longshot. Personally I think you might be about to embark on a very long journey. At this point I would be looking at ways to replace the LCD or some way to feed it what that I/O does in a rudimentary way.
