What does this mean?

"This game is a Rom Flash. Most people who sell the white cased Super Dodgeballs don't tell you (including the guy who sold it to me : ). Anyway it works perfectly and the white case looks decent."

What is a ROM flash exactly? Is this a eprom game or something? Does that mean it is going to break on me if I buy it?

:(

What it means is that the cart was a different game (or was blank) and then someone "flashed" the cart to turn it into a super dodgeball cart... the game works fine(some flashes have sound problems i have heard but i have never had a problem with it) and I don't see why it would be more likely to break then a normal cart... if you want more info on it you would realy have to ask someone on the tech forum (I realy don't know anything about it)

much would be a better word then anything :) when I bought it I thought it was the original :( that is why i am making a big point of it being a flash (or whatever the better term is) I don't want to scam anyone like I was.
