I pretty much agree with that policy. Exceptions should be made for stuff that is pretty obscure or unusual. Granted, this doesn't apply to 99% of the items being offered.

Prices should always be posted. Sellers can only receive one warning then the sales thread gets deleted if non-compliant. The warning must come from a mod of course. If seller violates the rule 3 times then no selling here.

i see no problem if someone is asking for help in pricing. then they can edit the title when they have pricing and list it properly.

the 'for offer' thread is the only one that can be used to take advantage of other members.

I dunno... I think IC and MMAO are pretty similar, honestly... Though, I just posted a price check on a Rumble Fish 2 that I'm working on selling for $250. If I'd posted it for what I thought it was worth, it would've been posted for $350-400, and I would've sat on it for two months because I didn't realize it was widely bootlegged and down on value now.

That said, there are plenty out there who take advantage of the current system. I could see that same crowd taking advantage of PC/IC threads

Not everyone can list a price for various reasons (rarity, quick sale, etc.) and that's ok. The egregious violations like this will be dealt with.
