SSRPG system testers needed! - updated

We need your help!
We have an application to change the screen resolution of a PC screen to the required NeoGeo res. However, we need to test it on more pc s! Please test it so we can find out how it works on different pc s.
1 - Please download it from
http://qres.softwarecave.nl/dodownload.php?id=8
2 - install it, and then place these files on your desktop (updated):
http://www.geocities.com/hedgecorpusa/res.zip
3 - Then right-click on your desktop -> properties -> settings tab. Now slide the resolution bar one way or the other, and then set it back to what your default resolution was. Know, keep this window open (don't click OK).
4 - Execute the file no 1. From this attachment on your desktop. Please describe all this in a reply to this post:
-has the resolution changed to 320x240?
-is it full-screen?
-and what is your operating system?
-what kind of monitor do you have (SVGA / LCD etc)
5 - Probably your mouse cursor will disappear, so just click inside the open window and hit "enter" to select OK, and restore the settings. Or execute file no 2, (you may have to click another icon, and scroll around with your keyboard,
hit enter to execute) which will switch you back to 640x480.

Sorry to bother you with this! But your efforts would be greatly appreciated!

1. reply to concern about .zip file corrupt, etc (suspected hack?) - you never cleared things up and came back and said anything about the .zip file. Also a reference to "Hackers" was made.

I can vouch for Hedge; the file in question is NOT a hack (I tested it over a week ago, prior to it being posted here). How can I vouch for them? I've been helping them with this project since late last year, and yes – the project is REAL, the game actually runs, and that so-called ‘hack’ is actually a program that tests your video card at lower screen resolutions (i.e. to test for any incompatibilities).

its not ssrpg just a fan game with ss characters. still i wanted to try it out and i was serious when i asked wtf those files were supposed to do because they were either empty or just sat in the background and didnt do anything.

i dont care if my pc gets violated. if it was human it would have died of aids long ago.

Trust me when I say this game is real, Feelgood. I can understand your hesitation (I didn't know what to think at first either), but these guys (and yes -- there is more than one of them) know what they're doing, and the trial I played today wasn't strewn together with Microsoft Basic either.

It's basically a spin-off of SSRPG with graphics borrowed from the original game; the game also contains new animation, sprites, and a coherent fighting system not present in the current Neo-Geo CD game. The project is still very early, but give the guys at Hedge a chance before you pass judgment on them.

I am really excited about this project; I just wanted everyone to know that these guys are not talking through their asses.
