I'm a Dodger fan and attend 7-10 games a year. I'm afraid to see what ticket prices and parking will be like this year.

It's already the most overpriced stadium in baseball. $30 parking, $19 beer, $15 popcorn, $8 water etc.
Beer was up to $20 this year lol i forsee another price increase coming soon

USFL, XFL announce merger, formation of new spring football league: The UFL

The initial game will feature the two champions of their respective leagues: the USFL's Birmingham Stallions and the XFL's Arlington (Texas) Renegades.

According to the Washington Post, five XFL teams — the D.C. Defenders, Houston Roughnecks, San Antonio Brahmas, St. Louis Battlehawks and Arlington Renegades — will join three USFL teams, the Birmingham Stallions, Memphis Showboats and Michigan Panthers.

That leaves several teams — the XFL's Orlando Guardians, Seattle Sea Dragons and Vegas Vipers, and the USFL's Houston Gamblers, New Jersey Generals, New Orleans Breakers, Philadelphia Stars and Pittsburgh Maulers — will be dissolved, with the players under contract to those teams subject to a dispersal draft.

The UFL.

They really merged the thrice-failed XFL with the twice-failed USFL, then chose the name of the twice-failed UFL to combine the two.

Folded 8 of 16 teams, lost 1/3 of their broadcast partners, abandoned both brand names, and they're still trying to spin this as a positive development.

McLeod Bethel-Thompson left the USFL and now is back in the CFL. Just signed a contract with Edmonton Elks.

Nathan MacKinnon had 4 goals and an assist tonight. After the 4th goal women started throwing bras and panties on the ice:

The results of a study UFC commissioned to figure out what percentages of revenues go to the actual athletes in each sport or league have come out as a consequence of some lawsuit they're caught up in.

Unsurprisingly, UFC is by far the worst. Sports and leagues by percentage of revenues going to athletes
MLS - 76%
Boxing - 63%
NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA - roughly 50%
Tennis - 24%
UFC - 19%

Ngannou will have made way, way more from his two boxing matches after he fights Anthony Joshua than he made in his entire 20 fight pro MMA and 1 fight pro kickboxing career combined.
