I'd like to have a couple inserts I created myself printed along with a number of inserts which are included on your site. The problem is the dimensions are slightly different (I'm using an old template, but it's basically the same) and they are in .bmp format as I haven't bought or stolen Photoshop. Can you accommodate this?

Woah, that's like the cutest cover ever!

Will you guys (eddie and dubdubdub) be providing upgrade services for current or future unibios revisions?

Inserts

Same here, I received mine today and I'm quite pleased. I ordered on Saturday night (44 inserts), and I received them today, so they do not mess around. Great job and I'll be buying some more in the future!

Good to hear people are happy :) All orders placed the first opening days/this past weekend will be arriving today and tomorrow since I ship priority mail, with the exception of the overseas orders they went air parcel post (4-6days).

All orders placed between Monday night and today shipped today priority so most should have them by the weekend. You can always login to your account on the site and check status too.

When possible I try to do same day shipping, but most of the time it takes at most 2 days after the order to get it out. Either way, you won't be waiting for weeks and weeks for your stuff.

In regards to the UniBios support, Eddie will be able to answer that question as he is the one working with Raz on this. I am farly sure Raz is going to do the same program as he is doing now through his site for ours.

I received my shock boxes and inserts and I am very pleased with the service and quality! Definately better than Kinko's :)

Now, to get them all put together.

Many, many thanks!

That would be awesome ... it would be much cheaper / safer to ship within the US than back to Europe.

Okay, let's see. As long as we have a newever version in stock, we will exchange them as long as the buyer pays the shipping. Thanks!

Eddie,

I think the way you should do it is add it as a service to the site and have the buyer print a copy of his receipt and pack it in with his old unibios and then send it to you, that way when you get it you know he already paid for return shipping and where its going.

Just a thought.

The site is kicking ass.

Paypal Errors

It seems that paypal is messing up and giving errors at the final checkout stage. I have ran a few test purchases, and had friends run some too, and they all processed fine.

The other reason I know its on Paypals end is because those 6 unsuccessful orders,
successful orders we placed inbetween them.

There are about 6 orders right now that were made yesterday and today that seemed to have been affected by this error. Since everything seems to be working now, you can try to login to your account and process the payment again.

If the problem persists I will write a nasty email to Paypal screaming my head off.

Thanks
Eric

Ummm I didn't have any problems whatsoever. I just placed an order with southtown, followed all of the steps and pressed continue at the end of the process and the order was recieved. I even got the confirmation email.

Maybe paypal was having issues, or maybe people aren't following the instructions.....

If you confirm the order, but never go through the login screen at paypal or hit the pay button, the order will exxentially never be paid for.

Yeah you have to make sure to go through ALL the motions or it won't process all the way.

If you are having an error, please PM me or post here the SPECIFIC error you are getting. "On the paypal" tells me nothing, was it on our site, was it on paypals site, was there an error code, etc.?

I made it thru the site without errors pretty much.. only thing is the system repeatedly beat me up for putting the 3rd KOF XI insert in my cart (how can an insert design be out of stock? :lolz:), so I tossed it and got the first to get around the error. Either is fine to me, both are better than the 2nd insert with Yuki and Ai (I'm almost 100% sure they are NOT in XI :p).

I got quite a few of of the unusual designs. I figure the point of shockboxes is that they aren't and will never be homecarts. :) I wish I'd be able to talk myself into the Super Dodgeball one with the dude being hit in the face... I didn't have the guts to go with that one. :emb:

One thing... even though the payments are done thru Paypal, the personal data entry on your site isn't done thru https. I know it's a pain to implement, but without it that's a security hole that could result in trouble someday.

Ahhh, you'll get used to it. If everybody liked the same inserts, we would only need one for each game!

SSL Installed

SSL was installed today to make everything secure, works great on Firefox and Safari.

If you are using IE you might get an error. This is because I need to edit a few links in the source but anyways, your personal information is secure. I will get IE bugs hammered out in the next couple days.

Thanks
Eric

Hey now, I'm not bashing the SDB one... that was a wild, original design. :)

On the other hand, I'm seriously bashing the XI one with Yuki and Ai. :p

Thanks for working thru the problems guys. :)

Got my shock boxes and inserts today. I just have to say, you guys are great. I didn't even request that the inserts be cut or dropped into the shock boxes, but they got here, and that's how they were. I don't know who I need to thank, but I just wanted to let you guys know that I really appreciate it. I think that was a class thing to do. You guys are awesome!
