Please tell me they're not doing the chargebacks after you ship anything. If they're doing it after, thats fucked.

That is exactly what happened on every occasion. If you go back in the thread a few months you will see I was talking about it then. Nothing has changed. Their package doesn't arrive in 5 days, they do a chargeback before even asking me anything. Sure, I can fight the chargebacks by providing adequate shipping information (when applicable) but it is still a pain in the ass and locks funds up.

After talking to a few people on here about it, if the address is Paypal verified, and that they use EMS I should be covered on all ends.

Simple requirements that I am sure most overseas business requires. I know ECL and Cosmico require me to pay EMS when I order from them.
