(I don't know what's up with the screen in the pic. It looks fine in real life)

Your cat was scanning the TV.

Looks awesome!

1 question though, you state that you only print them, but is it possible to let you cut them to the right size for additional fee?

We are trying to think of an economical way to do this...

The main problem is none of the inserts created were ever made with bleeds. Anytime print runs off the edge, it should be setup with a bleed. Had the inserts been made with bleeds, I could cut them on our big paper cutter in one swift motion and offer free cutting for everyone.

But since there are no bleeds the only way to do it is by hand with an X-Acto knife. Once we figure out a price for inserts w/cutting I will make sure to add it but for now the option isn't there, sorry!

Thats just the KOF "blind effect" loading screen. Trust me, I have been putting it through lots of INTENSE testing! :buttrock:

Interesting site....

Question on the Atomiswave/PGM inserts... what are they used for? PGM carts are too big for the MVS shockboxes, and Atomiswave carts are way too small. To my knowledge, there were never any shockboxes made to fit carts for those 2 platforms.

PGM inserts fit inside of standard shockboxes. AW inserts fit inside of old Sega Sports cases. Eddie has a tutorial posted: http://loopyeddie.com/atomiswave.html

ok, that explains Atomiswave... but even though PGM inserts fit into the standard shock box, PGM carts don't. A PGM cart is longer than an MVS cart, which fits snugly into the box. So the insert fits fine, but then you can't box the cart, right? :help:

Order Placing

Hey when you place an order, make sure to continue after the Paypal screen otherwise I don't get the order information sent to me. I am getting this fixed later this afternoon.

eww... that's almost as murderous as a conversion. I don't know if I can bring myself to multilate Big Bear's children. :p MVS inserts look great though... I might have to pick some of them up. :)

Well I wouldn't even put it in the same category as conversions. Sure, shock boxes are expensive and nice, but come on, it's only $8.50! That mod in pics wasn't done by myself. If I did it, I would be a little more careful with the cutting. But hey, it's not like anyone is forcing anyone. It is just an option. If you would rather just leave your PGM carts loose, that is A-OK with all of us. None of us even own any PGM stuff. Thanks for the compliments on the inserts!

I came across some pictures of me and my dad "testing" the prototype. These must have been taken by some secret ninja spy! Since Qube moved, I have nobody to play Neo with, so the task usually falls on my dad. When we picked teams, he just picked at random. When the fight started, he had Mai. He says, "Oh shit, I gotta girl!"

I think with the pic with the t.v. messed up it is just a shadow of a blind in your house. You can tell by the stick looking thing that going down the tv.

I am also curious if there are any plans to make jp inserts, or at least a jp art of fighting insert with a english spine? Also a jp samurai showdown 3 insert with the cherry blossom leaves? I think that would be nice.

Great looking site. I will have to order a few here soon to see what the rave is all about.

It really is a KOF round switch transition. I promise, and I wasn't even there. :)

In the picture you can see that one character is standing and the other is laying down, and all power indicators, time, etc. have been cleared off for the transition to the next round.

What do you mean by bleeds? I don't understand...and I don't trust myself in a million years with a x-acto knife...

Straight from google :)

"Bleed is a printing term used to indicate the area with a background image that will be trimmed off after the job is printed and cut down to the finished size.

Since the bleed area will be trimmed off during the cutting process, there should be no text or other important information in the bleed area Add quarter or an inch (.25") to each dimension to allow for cutting. For example, a 4" X 6" postcard with a full bleed the image size should be submitted at 4.25" by 6.25".

.125" (1/8") on each edge of the card will be trimmed off during the cutting process. This will leave you a 4" X 6" inch standard post card. Your type (text) should be .0625" inside the cut box on each side."

I wouldn't worry about using an Xacto knife. Just lay down some cardboard or a cutting board, get yourself a straitedge, line it up, and just follow the edge. It's a super quick, easy process.

Nice..
I'll probably order some PGM inserts sometime in the future.

Can't the Atomiswave inserts be printed for shockboxes also?
I would rather have them in new shockboxes than having to worry about tracking down EA Genesis boxes.
All that would be needed to put in a shockbox is a cut piece of foam or something.

The AW inserts cannot be printed for use in Shock Boxes. It seems easy to simply resize the existing inserts, but it isn't. The proportions aren't right, the spines are too small, etc. I do have good news for you though! I'm in the process of purchasing a bunch of the genesis cases myself. I'll put the foam in and sell them for a reasonable price on Southtown. Problem solved!

i am going to add a new option to the store in a bit for shockboxes WITH inserts pre cut, you will have to list the inserts you want though in the order commenting field (just copy and paste). I will charge $1.00 - $1.25 extra for cutting since I have to do it by hand, does that sound fair?
