I regret to announce that I will no longer be doing customs favors (i.e. marking packages at low values) for people overseas, unless I have dealt with you before (Si, El Captain, Lee Gray etc. you know who you are)
As most US sellers know, overseas people usually ask you to mark the goods at a low price so they don't have to pay import fees - unfortunately that doesn't cover your ass.
Twice this month I have had buyers from FRANCE complain about not receiving their packages. Had they been shipped EMS as I wanted, it would have been covered. But of course no one wants to pay EMS or the import fees.
So far I have lost a fair amount of money this month because of impatient French buyers. They don't even give it enough time to show up, nor do they inquire as of the status of the package - just do a paypal complaint and chargeback right away.
Also if problems with France continue even after I start abiding by a strict EMS policy, I will have no choice but to deny selling anything from our store to them, delete all accounts made thusfar and prohibit future registration.
People here know I am good with shipping. We have had hundreds and hundreds of successful orders. Sure, I have made errors in the past (I AM human), but I am always quick to fix them. It truly upsets me that another neo fan would think that I would stoop so low as to try and con them out of their product or money.
