Nice one!

I think I'll try out 10 inserts too. I'll browse, pick a few I like and place the order!

Well that's very nice! A great order and £50 is a great price inc shipping to the UK.

Thanks Eric.

As a side note, the site was really easy to use, and it's very nice to have such a large range of inserts to choose from - makes it a really personal experience.

Ta!

Just figuring I'd add my support. I had 8 shockboxes and inserts arrive yesterday. Prompt shipping, good packaging... Southtown Homebrew's definitely got my business in the future.

Free bump!

I have just spent a little tim trimming inserts and swapping them for my A3 colour laser printed ones, or 2*A4 colour laser ones sellotaped together....

Damn these are nice. Really heavy paper stock - uber glossy. The SSVS looks gorgeous (although there is a faint line at the top of the insert on the frint - you may wanna edit this out)

Oh and the shirts are very nice too. Loving the effort you are all putting in.

Anyone who's not made up their mind - try these guys out.

Now I have to work out which inserts I need next from them (already planning on MS3, MS4, Sam Sho 1-4, KOF series?)

Massive thumbs up guys!

I downloaded the shock box inserts but they seem small. Even when I printed them, they smaller than the shock boxes.

Sorry seems like an operator error there :/

The same ones I use for a master set to print with are the ones available for download. Check that you are not hitting "scale to page" when printing.

Thanks. By the by, I am working on one to make for the insert for the hybrid game Last Hope, since people got to supply the case and insert, so I'd thought I'd make one for them here. If you all can't use it @ all, I understand, just trying to help.

Here's what i got so far:

I regret to announce that I will no longer be doing customs favors (i.e. marking packages at low values) for people overseas, unless I have dealt with you before (Si, El Captain, Lee Gray etc. you know who you are)

As most US sellers know, overseas people usually ask you to mark the goods at a low price so they don't have to pay import fees - unfortunately that doesn't cover your ass.

Twice this month I have had buyers from FRANCE complain about not receiving their packages. Had they been shipped EMS as I wanted, it would have been covered. But of course no one wants to pay EMS or the import fees.

So far I have lost a fair amount of money this month because of impatient French buyers. They don't even give it enough time to show up, nor do they inquire as of the status of the package - just do a paypal complaint and chargeback right away.

Also if problems with France continue even after I start abiding by a strict EMS policy, I will have no choice but to deny selling anything from our store to them, delete all accounts made thusfar and prohibit future registration.

People here know I am good with shipping. We have had hundreds and hundreds of successful orders. Sure, I have made errors in the past (I AM human), but I am always quick to fix them. It truly upsets me that another neo fan would think that I would stoop so low as to try and con them out of their product or money. :(

Sorry to hear about that Eric. Your service to me has been top notch, and I hope to do more business in the future also. If your prices stay this reasonable, then paying for tracking seems a fair option.
I did wonder about whather you'd like me to investigate an option I have with a good friend who runs a printing workshop.
I have no idea about the volume you ship to the Europe. Let me know if some kind of UK printing service would be of any use.
