SNK vs Capcom 2 on the GCN

I heard a big rumor on planetgamecube.com that Capcom vs SNK 2 is going to be released on the Nintendo Gamecube. Does anyone know if that is true? Please let me know because I want to save up some money now so I can buy the game and I will have enough money. <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
