I bought a knife to school this week and showed the kids how to carve a jack o' lantern. Faculty, parents and students were thrilled.

Bro, you ain't never lyin'... one time a guy was arrested outside my store with stolen goods and the arresting officer was the hottest damn thig I ever saw. Thin and tall, gorgeous latin chick with long hair pinned up in a bun. I couldn't even believe she was a cop looking like that.

Bottom line, that girl didn't listen after being asked multiple times, and after being asked nicely by the police officer he tried to remove her,... and she swung on him. Then he took her down. Cops are there to keep people under control, and if people have to be flipped backwards and dragged out of the room so be it. People need to learn to respect the police. If takes dragging a child out of a chair so other people see the police are not fucking around, then I think it needs to happen more often. Kids, and adults need to learn respect. The vast majority of these videos are because people did dumb shit and the police fucked them up. The officer should have never even been there had the dumb ass girl listened the first 3 times after she was asked politely.
Now I don't want people to think I am racist, because I am not. My step father, who I consider my one and only dad since day one of my birth is a 6'6 black man. My brothers are bi-racial. But the majority of crime is at the hands of black males. That's a fact. When a officer is put in a position where he could be in danger, then the "rules" an officer has to follow are never in his benefit, and when you are dealing with a African American your risk in the confrontation escalating is that much more. At some point you have to make an educated guess whether you are going to take a hit, or protect yourself. Maybe the officer was a little out of line, but again, the child had multiple opportunities to put the damn phone away, and she attacked him.
Sure there are racist police, but there's racist black people as well, and I can confirm from the many officers I work with in the hospital, that are real officers who work there part time, and the real cops I see in the emergency room, white, black, mexican, male, female, whatever, are not racist. They are pissed people are out of fucking control, and think the law does not apply to them.
In my opinion, police should be able to use more effective techniques, if attacked, or someone does something stupid like run, reach in there pants, etc..

I spent like $50 on costumes for kids to dress up as and another $50 on some big bags of candy to give every single student (roughly 800) a piece of candy. But I don't think I'm dressing up this year.

That's not what I said. You're twisting things around. I said it's, a FACT back males commit more crimes than white males. The video alone gave statistics that only 28% of whites, compared to over 60% of blacks were suspended or expelled from school in the USA. I'm not saying black people are bad, I don't think that at all.
And yeah, the officer was a bit excessive. But the video isn't that bad. She swung, and she's got her chair flipped back, and dragged out like the little child she was acting like. She's old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. And she wasn't injured.
People need to quit blaming others for the consequences of THEIR actions. When you act stupid, you should expect consequences. Like I said before, people put police in these positions most of the time.
You can say it's racism, but I say it's more likely a child that has never been disciplined, and does whatever the hell she wants. Personally I Blame the parents for not keeping their child under control. That's the real problem, you have kids not raising their children. And it's not a black thing, or a white thing, it's an everyone thing.
