I want to work out an instalment plan for MS4 problem is I won't start work till July most likely. I would like part of the money if not all if possible to be donated by you in my name towards a charitable donation. That foundtation would be the one you mentioned a couple months ago for the one regarding Jigen. I would like to help and and I rememberd the post Jigen made. If we could work something out and part of the money go to that foundation would be great. I know this is an outlandish request, but I would like to contribute something and this is what came to mind.

Not sure I follow, but this is what I interpret:

You would like to purchase Metal Slug 4 on home cartridge, but prefer to be on a payment plan beginning sometime during or after the month of July. You do not want the MS4 to be given to charity, but to be mailed to you once payment is completed. Then you would want me to make a donation to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Btw, questions concerning purchases are best sent to sales@neo-geo.com .

No offense, but if you want to contribute to a charity, how about actually GIVING THE MONEY to the charity, and not trying to get something in return? Its pretty greedy to try to buy something, then tell the person you are buying the item from to contribute HIS money to the charity of YOUR choice . . . and he would do this because . . . ? Donating to charity means you give the money and don't expect anything back, period.

You're right, your request is outlandish, and idiotic too . . . <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" />

Chimp, don't a lot of organizations sell things and have the money from the go to an charitible orginization? I've seen it quite it happen quite a bit. Except I know most foundations only give a certain % of the proceedes fromt he item. That's why I requested at least have bee given if not all if possible. My intentions I thought were good and did not see it being selfish.

The thing is, look at the remaining stock of carts in the Neo Store. With a fairly large stock of the last few releases, do you think Shawn can afford to just give money away? Granted the cause is good, but it would be better if you gave your money directly to that cause, and saved up separately for whatever games you wanted . . . it deprives you of some money, but that's generally the nature of charitable donations. Don't you agree?

It'd be about a big enough loss for $hawn as TonK's currently extra crispy ride.
