SF3s-proper way to pull off agnis reflector

just wanted to try it out some new move's.. iam a alex and shoto user
..how do you do it. EFFECTIVELY...i just try to pin the opponent to the corner and release it...not really effective

Use after knockdowns and crossups.
For example: Knockdown your opponent and immediately activate the reflector. After (and before they get up), use the knee stomp to cover ground and land on the other side of the opponent.
There are many other setups, but I'll leave that to the pros. :chimp:

knee stomp isn't the best way to crossover, you will over shoot your target.

after you activate aegis reflector, use the rising headbutt to cross, strong or fierce

will work. try to juggle them in a combo to knock them down , then repeat if

necessary

havent really played this game in some weeks. ive got a question for ken users. ive seen a lot of combo vids of ken doing SA3 after a huricane kick. how do they do it? must your kick be ex-ed to link it or can you only do it after a medium or hard tornado kick? or is it only prssible against certain opponents in certain circumstances??? really any help would be appreciated. ive asked this question a few times allready, no answers. somebody must know.

Regarind comboing SA III after a Tatsumaki.......I think it only works on SPECIFIC characters, don't know who, cuz I was unable to combo SA III after a Tatsumaki myself.
You can however do such a combo vs. Elena ONLY:
Jumping HK-->Standing HP or Crouching MK-->QCB+2K-->SA III
Practice this and remember IT ONLY WORKS ON ELENA!

As for the Aegis...........IMO the Aegis should be for advanced play since it is mainly used for Urien's unblockables.

I cant do this move 100% of the time. it must be done very fast.
1/4 circle back, kick (i mostly use med kick) and then in the same motion 1/4 circle forward twice with kick for the superart. This move I rarely pull off in a match mostly done it in training.

Its much easier canceling with the fireball or dragon punch. My question is does the hurricane kick do extra damage? I could check but im to lazy and my xbox is not hooked up.

I dont think its character specific.

thanx only done it against elena, and only got it to work a few times. much harder than the shin sho ryu on a grounded dudley, timing is fucked up on this one. for the interrested souls, you wanna see some good use of aegis reflector? go to www.combovideos.com theyve got a sf3ts ranbat, its got nice matches and the last player emphy is skilled with urien and the aegis. me ussually use the superfireball thingy super art, its great for combos and will stun like a motherfucker so afterwards you can dishg out even more damage.
