Sorry, I didn't mean to come off as an asshole. My apologies.

The way I "discovered" the move, personally, was by playing Sengoku 2. Sengoku 2 was the first game I happened to play in the series. In that game, they showed the chrage move in the "how to play" bit (and I used it often) and when I played Sengoku 1, it was like second nature to try to do it, and it worked.
