Bending the rules of the thread again there are these demonic arsehole mouthed guards (Gaia Battlers) at the end of Grandia that fart out gas at you. Their hands are a bit knob like too I suppose if your partner is into bad dragon dildos.

While the helicopter dick from III was a bit subtle (and definitely flew by our heads as kids), the train dick from Hard Corps is in no question a flaccid train dick.
One of the final bosses in this game references Contra III's final boss, and still has got an old boy with a dick in his mouf.

Played arcade Moonwalker recently and was taken aback by this enemy mech character that attacks by pushing out its robodick. Just a very off-putting attack, I put multiple images from different angles so you guys could see it.

How could I forget Irem's arcade Bomberman (1991)? The most infamous enemy in the entire franchise is a white dick. Literally just a shaft and balls with two eyeballs.
