SCAN REQUEST: SSV and KOF2k2

Can anyone out there PLEASE for the love of God scan me some inserts so I can make me a shockbox insert for my new carts.

Need JP and US inserts for both KOF2k2 and SSV/0 so I can make my own with the art from the 2.

Could you make them JPG's?? BTW,I printed out that KOF 97 I created,found out that I made the dimensions for the spine abit off although the dimensions were rock solid so I edited the spine to fit correctly with the seams and smooth sailing however this Photoshop LE does'nt have FONTS option and that's a big problem for those of you who don't own the full package.
