The other day my wife and I took are girls to the new Chuck E Cheese in Cupertino California. (Next to Valco Mall) They have all brand new Cabs.

They have Metal Slug 6, and King of Fighters XI. They also have a brand spanking new Blast City cab with Sega Bass Fishing. The cab itself is sweet. Smaller than I expected. The only problem the cabs needed stools for adults to play. Metal Slug was set on an easy setting. Myself and some teenager were breezing right through it. And the only problem with KOF it's set on 2 player only. I wasted a token. But it was good practice. :loco:

If any of you are into Super Chexx Bubble hockey they also have a brand new Hockey Chexx table.

Take your kids, nieces or nephews, so you can justify going to Chuck E Cheese. :lolz:

That's a far cry from the Bucky of Hare, and Sega Stadium Cross type games that I remember.

How awesome, I wonder if the Chuck E Cheese in Redwood City has a nice arcade...I'll have to check it out (Cupertino is a little too far for me).

Last time I was there it didn't have all that much stuff. A few classic racing titles, but that's about it. Maybe I should go back and check.

Also in the area is an ok arcade at the Palo Alto Bowl. Last time I checked they had Metal Slug 5, Outrun 2, and that VR game where you shoot tanks and planes and you pull the screen down in a helmet to play :)

What a random place to find those games. Hopefully they still have that animatronic puppet band. Keyboard playing Gorilla ftw.

Anyone willing to take pics of the place? ...mainly the cabs? I'd really like to see that Blast City. Does anyone even play them?

The only difference...the one at chuck e cheese is in excellent condition. It looked new, except it had a small dent at the bottom corner of the cab.
