They're all reproductions as their was no official release.The condition of my copy is excellent. This is the final version made available to the public and it plays better than special imo BUT loses the mutilation which I didn't mind given that the game play feels better.
You do get the full English translation in this one with uni-bios.
NOTE: I've played this game on AES-3 series models which is the AES console minus the daughter board and it works flawlessly.
I tried this on a first generation model AES, the AES with daughter board (an AES that needed repair sent to me)and there was some pixelation in the scaling and or artifacts in random areas.
I remember adding a ground connection from the main motherboard to the crystal on the daughter board to clear up the interference ..results could vary...you may not have any issues with your 1st gen AES BUT all this to say you're better off playing this game in a later model AES console.
