Are you sure it's the M1?

Well there was no sound so I swapped the m1 with one from real bout fatal fury and the sound started working again though it was weird maybe the m1 from real bout is different from samsho 3 because hanzo started talking like kyoshiro in the intro. So I put the chips back and again it has no sound output but real bout is working correctly.

It's basically the sound equivalent to the program rom as it contains the Z80 program.
