And if it becomes apparent that this isn't what is claimed... well, pre-orders can be cancelled. But Plaion has done some nice stuff recently with Atari and Intellivision, so I have a positive feeling about this for now.

I'm gonna wait for the contact high of this announcement to wear off a couple/few days before I order anything. Maybe load up the same Neo games I've been playing for 20+ years over and over on multiple plastic boxes, and question my life choices if I will actually play them all over again because they come in different shaped plastic boxes.

It's a good question. I'm really falling out with modern gaming, and I don't spend enough time with old games either, outside of video capture. It's either waste time gaming or waste time making Youtube videos. Don't really have time for both. Wish I didn't have to choose.

I’m not even exaggerating when I said earlier that I was queuing up another preorder today that sold out by the time I saw madpixeljunkies video of the release, only watched in for a minute and clicked the link on replai’s site, got lost browsing and prioritized the bundle, when I switched back to entertainment earth, the item in my cart was out of stock in a matter of minutes. Fml but I’m having fomo on the other purchase and not this. Online reactions to
This release are positive so who knows if initial stock will sell out .

Collecting stuff nowadays sucks balls, granted I’ll play the hell out of this aes+. My ex wife made me sell my old one as part of our divorce settlement.

according to this fuzzy screencap of what is probably an AI mockup that looks like a multi-out, so I'm hoping I can get RGB or even Svid out of this thing. Whatever the case I don't currently have an AES so I got one of these (the black one tho, I'm not twisted enough to like the white).

Funny enough I got the urge to start reading this forum again this past week (I also have an older account that I lost access to a long time ago too) and then this announcement happens. Weird how things work. Anyway I appreciate any release that upsets AES resellers.

Good catch. Looks to me like: analog RGB, HDMI and USB-C (probably for power).
