you are just going to have to face the fact that MOTW and many other carts are droping in value because the whole price issue is just getting borring. I just picked up A mint english KOF 96 AES homecart for $149.
you should just sell it for the price it ended for, you cant sell EVERY neo game you get for what you paid for it, it's just not the best way to invest.
