Rant: Know what sucks?

I've lived in Indianapolis for about 5 years now and I can not recall ever, not even once, seeing a Neo-Geo cabinet anywhere near where I live. DAMNITALL.

In Hamilton, we have an abundance of Neo Cabs. We have so many, they sell them at dirt cheap prices. That is how I got mine.

I live in Ventura, Ca. Im lucky, we have Neo Geo MVS's EVERYWHERE! Even little video game stores have em. Alot of people here love neo geo. Just about every place that has any arcades has a neo geo one, i love it! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

It sucks. Virtually all arcades in my area have offloaded theirs.

I know how you feel.. I live in upstate NY and no arcade has any Neo cabinets. The only place ive ever seen one was at my old job, an old four slot with some ooooold games. <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0"> No one around here seems to even know what a neo geo is......

There is a few MVS cabinets around here.... I'm trying to buy one right now, from one of three seperate places...... two have Metal Slug with it.... which is gonna be real cool if I can get it.... Wish me luck!

They are a dime a dozen here.

Last year an arcade operator declared bankruptcy. He sold his mvs cabinets for $200 Us each. The Metal Slug cabinets had 1-slots in them and were $150.
