ps1 pad compatibility ??????

I plan on making a arcade stick for my ps2 basically to play fighters, does anyone know if the original digital pad will be comatible with game like cap v snk 2 soul calibur 2 etc

Original D-pad will work. But if you want anything different be sure to check around at EB, Software Etc., or Rhino. Heck, you may even find something you like at Wal-Mart.
