Man that sucks. I've never had a problem with the neostore
but then again I'm in the USA and purchased smaller $ items.

If it's due to that World Of Warcraft game then I can see
how he has lost touch with everything else. I played it
for about a month and threw it in the trash since it
wasn't worth the 15 a month for the crap service, but
I know of many people "including my wife to a small
extent" who have fallen victom to WOW Addition "aka
ADD from reality(tm.)".

At least she is quiet while I play my xbox and ng now.

It really doesn't matter how many people have had great transactions in the past and how many have great ones even today. The fact still stands that alot of people are paying for products they never reiceve or, if they recieve them, have to wait several months to get. Simply unacceptable and I can't see how it's defendable.

To tell you the truth, when a buyer f's up with a deal with me I just ignore them, too (I guess it's different if I actually had their money and chose to ignore them). If the rules are laid out there's no need for the seller to repeat himself. If the buyer can't follow the correct instructions I find it's best to hault the transaction there unless I want something worse to happen.

Well, when I bought from Neostore before all this trouble began, I used PayPal with an unconfirmed adress and I'm from Sweden like Harry is and I got my items within 10 days. Besides if there's a problem with the adress you let the customer know, at least that's what I would have done if I ran a store, which of course I don't.

initially there were probs with my order however since i have rectified the address situation as requested by shawn so now my billing address is the same as my shipping address yet ive recieved no correspondence from shawn. I paid using the shopping cart facility on the site via debit card. I provided as requested contact details of my bank in order that shawn can verify if need be. Again i have had no correspondence and these requests were made after the money for the order was taken out of my account. The money should only come out once all this is sorted and shawn knows he can definately deliver on the goods and/or service NOT before.

Well you followed everthing to the letter and your item should be with you already.

If there were additional requirements then you should have been informed. All these guys need is just some sort of communication.

Just thought i'd add a lil 'controversy' to this thread - sorry to rock the boat so to speak but i MADE FULL PAYMENT today (well my girlfriend did - with an unconfirmed address) but at least you all know i had the funds available eh!

Guess what the really interesting thing is - SHAWN ACTUALLY REFUNDED MY MONEY because he is not covered by Paypal Seller Protection!! I'm in shock myself must admit!!

At least you know i wasn't messing him around now - and for the record yes Shawn can quote his policy all he likes how does that excuse him from taking people's money up front?
