What process did you use to get your cover looking so sweet Atro? I am thinking that mine needs some TLC. Is there a tutorial somewhere for these with different finishes?

Various stages of "sand paper'ing" and lots of patience ( which was wearing thin lol ).
Now I'm waiting the rest of parts to consolize it.

Still haven't decided if it's gonna be +5v only or not.

Well, looks like your patience paid off.

I am thinking of taking my power sander to it and seeing what is what. Finish it off with some matte black.

Any suggestions on grit?

I'd say to check your local hardware store and ask directly the clerk for advice as I don't know if you guys classify that stuff as we do in Europe.

Just get a rougher surface sandpaper if you have rust on it. Get a softer if there's not so much crap on it,
and finally a finishing one - which will be the part you'll spend more time on.

I'd do it manually too tho. I could have asked my dad's power sander, but you'll be more precise manually despite you won't feel your arm for a week lol :lolz:

Sapphire is probably my favorite shooter on a console full of great shooters. I'll stick with my bootie, though.

Nice find, not seen this colour A board before.

I've seen quite a few Yellow rentals in my day (but VS2 is a new one to me). One cool thing about yellow rentals is that they all have a Japanese serial number sticker regardless of region.
Also, you know how South American Orange Boards and Brazilian Dark Green boards have the Capcom seal of approval on the plastic shells? The Yellow South American rental shells also have it. :)

I saw that MvC2 Naomi bundle on ebay - nice grab! Also, those Waku's are harder and harder to find - is it a full kit?

The WW7 was a full kit just not a match serial. I got that for 160 USD shipped. Not sure if that is a good deal by this forum standard, it's good enough for me.
