I agree, RB2 feels like an unpolished product compared to RBS.

That seems like a consensus over the years, I always heard that from many sources, but these are games I haven't played as much so I can't have a personal opinion.

FFS > RBS > RB1 > Garou > RB2 > FF3 > every other FF

To me the Specials are more, uhm, special.
