My Favorite posters:
Silent Scope - He always has something to say. I get a kick out of a lot of his topics.
The Devils - All very passionate about the Neo. I admire their strong opinions.
Shawn - Knowledgeable and always willing to help.
Fran - A funny guy, great poster.
As for the dislilkes, there is really nobody I would single out as hating. Everyone who has something to say is contributing. I do however, dislike the unregistered users who have ruined the war room.

If you act like an ass and show no conversational skills, well... I get annoyed.
I don't think I really hate anyone, unless they're racist or really prejudiced about something. And the guys in the scene that really piss me off in that way don't post here, thankfully.

My favorite poster is definitely chainsawyak, he likes some way cool games, his opinions are always right, his website is off the hook, and he's dreamy too!
No, but seriously, here's my list in no particular order:
1.) Devil Gui - This guy is classic man, he's been around the "Neo Scene" forever (as long as I can remember) and he types in all caps... Everyone cool types in all caps, right? No they don't, but Devil Gui is the only person I've seen who does who comes off as intelligent in my mind... Maybe it's because he makes a point to do it, I dunno. He rules.
2.) Todd - This guy likes some way cool tunes, basically the exact same bands as I do. Introduced me to Wolfsheim, that's about all someone needs to do to be on my "cool list".
3.) Fran - Not much else can be said about this guy that hasn't been said except that he makes the best use of vulgarity I've ever seen (well, maybe 2nd to Devil Gui) That right there is pretty damn cool. He has some pretty defined musical tastes which is always cool. He knows what he likes, and he knows who's a right cunt from the start.
4.) Dion (under whatever name he so chooses) - I'm suprised nobody picked him. His posts always give me a laugh. His views are always skewed, his logic is always wrong, he always thinks he's right, and by god and sunny jesus his carts are always fake. Classic character in the Neo Scene if I do say so myself.
5.) gargoyle7 - Sold me Mark of the Wolves and a 2-Slot MVS Board. That right there is cool. His stuff was well packaged and arrived fast. His site is awesome too.
Those are probably my favorite posters, but other than them I enjoy reading posts from basically anybody that can form a proper sentence, use correct grammar, spell correctly and not try to for his/her views on one another. The first three items apply to only non-Devils. The Devils can post however they want and still rule
Oh yeah. I forgot to list who I hate:
1.) Anybody that uses the term 'AES'. That's the most annoying term I've ever seen in my life, and I wish people would just stop using it. It's just a painful reminder of the hold Dion has on all of the idiots in the Neo universe. Yeah Shawn, I hate you

DEVIL GUI- An online friend since I got into the neo scene awhile back... I have nothing but respect for the fiend >=)
Big Bruno- Seems like a standup guy all around. I remember his site was one of the first I encountered when I got into the neo awhile back.
Lord Ill- For his funny ass parodies and auctions that always make me laugh.

My top five posters? Hmm...okay. I based my final choices on the criteria of merit (is it worth saying), poignance (how well is the point communicated) and courtesy (how respectful of others' feelings they are). It's tough to pick just five, but I've narrowed it down to (in no particular order):
Bobak!-Always friendly, informative and positive. A good example of what a forum moderator should be. And he likes Vanessa! VA-VOOM

When I first came here, his pleasant communicative style on threads gave me hope that newbies wouldn't be completely ignored or bashed for daring to show up uninvited. Rade Kurec-Witty and pointed but not offensive. Great communicator and not afraid to admit his Capcom loyalties and roots - 'Late on the whole Neo-Geo thing' accompanied by huge model sheet of Ken from SFIIX - which I respect.

Fran-His posts have an air of authority and importance, even if they are presented in the form of a bunch of spaced out fragments that, at a glance, look like angry, incoherent thoughts. I'd rather he tightened up the delivery (and get rid of the gigantic signature images), but the message is the important thing and he nails his opinions well enough that I understand where he's coming from. Bravo.
Who DON'T I like? Well, I won't say specifics because I haven't gotten in any pissing contests around here yet

Elitists-I'm sure that you're great people to know on a personal level, but on these forums you come off as obtuse and unapproachable. Communication solves all problems, but if both sides aren't willing to truly COMMUNICATE and exchange ideas nothing will get accomplished. Forums are designed as a method of 'communication', sometimes to settle disputes, and they should be used as such. People shouldn't feel as though they can't voice an opposing viewpoint without being instantly insulted for thinking otherwise, and complaining and insults should be strictly War Room fodder.
Negative posts about NGF-You've made your point. The dead horse you've been beating has promptly been flattened. It's guts are all over the highway and they're getting in my wheels
. If you want controversy to disappear, the best thing to do is ignore it. That's a fact, and look at history if you don't agree.
So there's no misunderstanding about my stance on the matter, I'll state it now - and never again - so I don't get flamed unfairly for it: I don't trust NGF. Dion has always been courteous and informative when I've asked him about this or that in the past (and I appreciate that), but there's just too much negative press to trust NGF with my hard earned dollars. The occasional NGF announcements blasting their detractors don't help their stance with us undecided/neutral people one bit. McDonald's has never released a press statement telling anyone that doesn't like their Chicken McNuggets to essentially piss off, have they? Those aren't exactly NGF's words, but whenever they complain about the negative sentiment towards them, this is how they come off to me. If you want people to be your customers, you have to send a message that implies you're going to treat potential buyers like their patronage matters to you. Track records and general public perception are important to a business's prosperity. Am I going to take my car to a reputable autoshop or to a disreputable one, even if the bias is unfairly placed? I can't afford to take the chance. I wish NGF the best, I truly do, and I hope they can someday repair their damaged reputation, but this hobby is too expensive to NOT trust your instincts.
I know that's a lot to say on the matter, and I promise never to do it again, especially when it's out of context as with here. But please, no flames if you don't agree with me. It's how I feel and you can't change that unless you bribe me

1. Lord Wolfgang Krauser - or should I say Mr. President? The most hated poster. Even has a room that appears to be his own (the War Room)
2. Prozerg - some stupid posts, but he's definitely had some funny ones
