Well, it doesn't have to be fake. Churches are usually PokeStops. That, and you can always find something somewhere, get into catch mode, lock your phone, then go back to it later. The Pokemon is still waiting.

The image is photoshopped. Anyone who has played that game can tell right away. It is like these people do not even attempt to make it look real. I have not even seen a real screenshot of this Koffing that showed up at the Holocaust museum.

Anyways, this is not always the case. You can get pokemon anywhere, the location doesn't matter. It is not just pokestops. I found two in my backyard on Friday. A lot of the news stories I've been hearing are plain wrong about how it works. They are not playing it also for any amount of time and just reporting on things that aren't true. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how the pokemon show up. The leaf animations do not mean anything will show up there. There is nothing to gain by looking at the screen when walking. You just need to have the phone on and it will make a sound/vibrate if something happens. Then you stop and look at it.
