Just a quick question on detail, why are the "paperworks" no in orginal baggies but a file-like one?

That's actually a flyer for the game, not part of the normal kit. It also comes with a full-sized poster.

I know thi sis 18 moths old, but it made me think back to 2003 when the whole release was "supposedly" limited to only a mere 17 pieces of preorder. Wonder if that held true.
