pm box all glitched out

I don't know how many other people are having this problem, but my pm box is all glitchy. like 2/3rds of my outbox is cut off and the top title bar with the neo-geo.com logo sits down below it in front of a pasty yellow background. I can't delete any pms because I no longer have a delete button. Can anyone help me out?

Also:

below the neo-geo.com logo it has another window that says

I have that error message too.

To delete PMs, you would have to click on each individual message and delete them from there.
