Hi, I'm getting hold of a couple of pirate NGPC carts (a 9 in 1 and a 12 in 1). They share some games, the ones that are unique are:

Metal Slug 2
MoTM
Last Blade
Puzzle Bobble
Cotton
Cool Boarders
Sonic
Pacman
Tennis
Neogeo Cup 98
Crush Roller
Othello (pocket reversi?)
Puzzle Link
Mahjong (not sure which one)
Baseball
Shanghai

Does anyone have any info on these carts? Can you save, etc?

I've already got most of those games, but it'll save getting extra copies of some for 2 player linkup :)

It's a shame that they share games though, 21 unique games in 2 carts would be cool

These carts are becoming quite collectable.

They are both a good buy and will only gain value in the future. As far as i am aware, they are all the full games and can be saved as normal carts.

You have PM and Email by the way. :D

correct! they are also illegal, unless you own the originals of course. :)

I think they're kind of lame... I mean, if I want to play pirated games I'll just do it on my Flash Linker ;-P. Anyway, it's more fun to get the originals.

not to mention those carts are twice the height and stick out of the back of the NGPC by a mile. <img src="graemlins/ohno.gif" border="0" alt="[Oh No]" />

You see them on Ebay quite often.
They appear to originate from Hong Kong.
I've got a 5 in 1, 9 in 1, and a boxed 12 in 1.
They are good value for money, usually containing some ofthe better games.
Playwise they are identical to the originals, and it is possible to save the games.

Interesting...I never knew these existed...I wouldnt mind getting one just so I dont have to carry a bunch of different cartridges on me (same reason I carry an mp3/wma player instead of a cd player.)Less bulk!!

Here is a 12 in 1. I checked with the seller.
I'll let you decide if it is worth it ...

I must say it would be pretty nice to have them all on one cart for convinience, but I'd rather get a nice big collection :D

Uhm.. Cost me about £25 each, I wouldn't pay 151 Euros!

Finnil, what games are on the 5 in 1? I see 9s and 12s every month or so on yahoo japan, but never a 5 in 1.

My 5 in 1 is different to cre$u$.
Mine has:
Metal Slug 1,
NeoGeo Cup 98,
Pocket Tennis,
Puzzle Link,
Pacman.
Same cart but label is in English and another language (Japanese I presume).
