Had some free time today so I snapped a few pics of my newest supergun.

The case I used is a Sony satellite receiver. There's 3 LEDs that light up green when turned on. It's powered by a small PC power supply that fit inside the case perfectly. The buttons on the right side are all wired up (test, service, coin, up, down, left, right & 1P button-1 for navigating the Capcom configuration menu).

The thing I love about using satellite receivers as cases for my superguns is that all the video output jacks are already there. This model also had DB-9 and a DB-15 connectors on the far left side which I used for the Capcom kick harness and for an auxiliary video output which is wired to Jap 15Pin RGB standard.

Here are the accessories. A 21Pin Japanese RGB cable that I connect into the auxiliary video output that I can use in conjunction with either my Micomsoft XAV-2S for the best S-Video possible or my Micomsoft XRGB-2 for use with VGA monitors.

And finally here's some pics of some of my arcade boards.

Also, here's a comparison between the JROK S-Video, the Micomsoft XAV-2s S-Video & the Micomsoft XRGB-2 Upscan converter.

First is the JROK's S-Video:

Second is the XAV-2s S-Video:

And here's the XRGB-2:

Very nice! That's actually pretty smart to use a case with the video outputs already there! How about some pics of your Super Gun in action?

Thanks for all your comments, I added a video comparison between the JROK, XAV-2s and the XRGB-2 to my first post.

I play mostly on my TV (Sony PVM) since it's bigger than my PC monitor but as soon as I find a nice large VGA monitor, I'll switch to that.
