PAYPAL Question! Please look!

Can anyone tell me,
If you recieve a paypal payment and the confirmation says that the senders address if "unconfirmed" so sellers rights are affected.
Is this a problem? Do you send the item anyway?
This is my first paypal transaction.

I need to know quick, so I'd appreciate the help!

Unconfirmed just means they didn't put their bank account info online and sign up for a premium account I think.

So they are only using the free limit of 100 per month in transactions.

If they already sent you the money, just find out what his address is, he isn't trying to scam you if he already paid <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">
