Password recovery not working

I think it hasn't worked in months, still can't get the recovery email. Yes, I checked my spam folder.
Can someone else confirm this?

It only seems to work sporadically, there seems to be a problem with the local mailer/MTA of the server. I've tested that a while ago already. Problem cannot be solved at this point, sorry.
