It just like SF2 The Movie or Ryu in SFA3 were he is Brainwashed & full of Psycho Power

hmm well i would think Satsui no hado is a little stronger than Orochi, aside from Orochi himself(itself) . Rugal is a poor choice to me to compare to Gouki. Rugal could hardly contain his normal omega powers. Seems those who use merderous wave have to reach a certain lv of skill not to destroy them selves. Orochi blood sum (not all) seems to make you a lunatiic. aside from goenitz and orochi i think they are the only ones would could fight a full fleged satsui no hado user.

It seems like the majority of the people with Orochi power end up going insane. The Satsui no hado seems stronger since we know Akuma can destroy islands using it. I'm convinced though Violent Ken is using psycho power. Bison tried using it on Ryu and confused it with the Satsui no hado. I don't see why they would have a none SNK fighter use the orochi power.
