Maybe we are worried for nothing?

Anything that goes into Mandarake's Not For Sale case, is Not For Sale. That simple. Only way you'll get it out is by buying out the entire company...

Well, thanks for that input. And if that truly is the case, then it actually answers one of our key questions. Obviously, the game was indeed "rented" to the store by N.C.I. for the strict purposes of "hype" and/or "promotion" for both the game as well as for the store itself. And so of course, obviously, since it is not the property of the store, it is "not for sale" and that's why and & all offers have been turned down.

So, NCI will be retrieving the game in September, (we waited 3 months already, so we just need to wait 2 more months now) and then they will release the NGH, a video of the game, and lastly announce when and how the game will be produced and ready for preorder, etc.

So we are done here and can resume discussions at that time no?

So to wrap this up, NCI has been unprofessional with this game in regards to "communication" and "information", and they added a "strange twist" with the whole "on display / showing off drama", but in the end, if we just have a little faith, we will surely have this game sitting on our shelves right next to Bang Busters, perhaps by the end of the year.

So does it really matter if that is the end result? I say NO. At least for me I feel that way.

It is also very important to note that in reality, nobody here knows for sure if there may have been a "reason" (beyond NCI's control) of how and why this particular game was handled in this particular way. Perhaps this was a stipulation as part of the agreement they made in order to get the game. And if that turns out to be the case, then it will all make even more sense won't it?

Ask yourself this...
If you found a proto of Pulstar 3, and the person who had it said they would sell it to you under the one condition that you allow it to be on display at Game Dude in California for a few months, would you say NO?

Only a fucking moron would say no!

(I myself would have gotten the NGH number first though...DUH!)

Or maybe their prison sentence include some good ol' fashioned Singapore style caning. That's what they use in Japanese schools, right?
